Rapid Products Return Policy

Need to return one of our products? Follow our simple procedures:

• Call customer service at (303) 761-9600 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
• Ship the product back to us, insurance is recommended.
• Be sure to include a return address and telephone number.
• We will process the return and contact you, once we have determined the issue.

Please note that the following conditions may apply:

• Most items sold by Rapid Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
• Exchanges can not be made unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• All returns must have a Return Authorization number or Rapid Products will refuse them. To obtain please call customer service at (303) 761-9600.
